Mark Garms serves as Balboa Digital’s Chief Executive Officer with a mission to help the team and technology work together to create call center solutions that help businesses grow. Having attained over two decades of excellence in call center creation and sales & marketing, Mark has a proven executive management track record.
His experience as a former COO in a public company gives him a keen understanding of bottom line results. In his role, he created efficiency, identified new opportunities, and developed a remarkable leadership team. Mark brings his prior experience to Balboa and challenges his team to find affordable solutions that will solve real world problems.
Having developed and used technology to solve complex business challenges for over 25 years, Tim is an experienced executive. His online credentials stretch from building and operating a search engine in 1995 to being a named inventor on three e-commerce patents. In addition, he has over 15 years of experience in product development & management, online marketing, lead generation, and website development & operations. As a result of that experience, he has managed business and technical programs for numerous websites at large and small companies, most recently serving as Senior VP, Websites at a publicly-traded company.
Kevin’s passions combine technology and product innovation. Over the course of his career, he has led a variety of technology, product, sales, and service organizations focused on delivering excellent customer value.
His last 15 years have been dedicated to online product delivery in the automotive and personal credit industries. Additionally, he has been awarded patents in the areas of real-time lead generation and online auctions.
Kevin’s primary responsibilities at Balboa Digital include overseeing the company’s technical implementations for clients and the corporation, which include hardware, software, systems integrations, data feeds, and telephony.
