About Balboa Digital:  Balboa Digital provides call center programs for online lead generators and buyers. We are a Business Process Outsourcer (BPO).  We work with clients to implement and manage affordable call center programs for verifying and qualifying prospects. We have both inbound and outbound programs customized to clients' needs and integrated with their environments. We help move prospects from hand raisers to qualified customers and when appropriate, transfer them to end merchants or sales consultants. Our helpful call center team responds in real time to customer inquiries, creating a positive experience and improving program conversion. 

Overview of Position: The New Client Development Manager is responsible for creating new client relationships and introducing them to our services and team.  This is a "work from home" position, and may be a part time or full time arrangement.  It is ideal for someone who has worked in a business development role in the online lead generation industry and is looking to leverage their experience and relationships.  

The right individual for this role is professional, friendly, energetic, and an excellent communicator. They will be responsible for fielding initial inquiries as well as proactively initiating conversations with potential clients.  They should be comfortable utilizing all of the current social media networking tools and general office software tools such as GoToMeeting, Microsoft Office, and Gmail for example.  As this is a "work from home" role, they must be an organized self-starter.

Requirements:  We are looking for an individual that has one to three years of client development experience in the online lead generation industry.
